Here is a collection of healthy recipes to keep your taste buds happy and your body healthy. Healthy eating doesn’t have to be a whole new language, much of what you eat may just need a few tweaks hear and there. As a naturopath and kinesiologist I see a lot of people who eat a good dinner and then miss the mark with breakfast, lunch and snacks. Most people need more nuts, more seeds, more vegetables and less bread.
This recipe section is a mix of my own creations and the creations of others that I have tweaked to add more health or take out sugar. All of these recipes are gluten free, dairy free, sugar free (which means no refined sugar or natural sugar other than what we get from whole fresh out frozen fruits and excluding dates which are ridiculously sweet.
